To pay for your order, you choose the means of payment among those offered by LAS TELAS on the payment page. In this case, the remittance of the transaction for debiting your account is made the day following the date of the delivery confirmation.
Your Multi-channel payments are secured by the CMI Interbank Electronic Payment Center which offers a completely secure payment service. The consumer guarantees LAS TELAS that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the Order form.
In the event of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card between LAS TELAS and his banking institution apply.
Proof of transactions paid by credit card
The data recorded by the CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of LAS TELAS constitute proof of all commercial transactions between you and LAS TELAS.
We have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for changes only. To start a return, you must first contact us. Once we've made contact, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
No refund of custom-made products in the hypotheses will be made after validation of the order.

LAS TELAS Haute Couture strives to ensure its deliveries after the tailoring time from the receipt of the order for custom-made products. We undertake to inform the customer when sending the package. The times indicated are usual average times and correspond to processing, design and delivery times. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often unavoidable, so all of our shipping times are indicative and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking your order :
You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS, if you have provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track the progress of your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to show.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. - LAS TELAS undertakes to inform the Customer of any foreseeable delay in delivery.
- The customer can modify the address of his order if the product has not yet been delivered.
- In the event of any defect, non-compliance of the products with the order, the Customer has 72 hours from the date of receipt of the products to report it by e-mail, telephone or registered letter.
We will, as appropriate, make alterations to the product(s).
Any claim made after 72 hours cannot be accepted. Products must be returned to LAS TELAS in the state in which the Customer received them intact and in their original packaging. Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
