- Chest size
Place the tape measure horizontally around your chest, under your arms and around your back. Make sure the tape measure is flat against your body and not too tight or too loose. Record the measurement in centimeters. - Waist circumference
Place the tape measure around your waist, above your navel. Make sure the tape measure is flat against your body and not too tight or too loose. Record the measurement in centimeters. - Hip Circumference
